1) I have read through my posts for the semester thoroughly and scanned over all of the comments that I have received.
2) The most formative experience I encountered had to be the numerous interviews that I was assigned to give throughout the class. Not only did these interviews expand my network, but also expanded on my ever-growing ability to speak professionally with people. The experience I will remember years later has to be just that also, the people that I was able to add to my network through the interviews. The most joyous experience has to be looking back on all that I have accomplished over the course and all of the work I have done for it. I am very proud of the development that I have gone through over this time in the course.
3) I do see myself as an entrepreneur! I see myself as someone who is ready to take opportunities that are presented to me. I think I have moved closer to establishing the entrepreneurial mindset, however it is a constant growth process and something you can always get better at.
4) One piece of advice that I can offer to students who are considering taking this class and or go down this path in life: is to do it! Not only will you see your network expand, but you will also see yourself starting to notice opportunities more as they come up. One piece of advice I can offer to those who want to do well is to become very organized or you will see yourself missing deadlines. I recommend treating the assignments like they were your job in real life, that will help you get into the mindset.

Hey Nick,
ReplyDeleteI personally didn't like the interviews because of how much time they took but I see your point in the network expansion and I'm glad you found fulfillment in them. Hopefully these lessons, and this expanded network help you on your time in UF and beyond.
Nick,
ReplyDeleteI agree with you how the most formative experience we had in this course was doing the interviews and interacting with all different kinds of people. Doing the interviews made me learn so much. It allowed me to come out of my comfort zone to really learn as much as possible.
