Above are my five interviews.
1st Interview: My first interview was if a good friend of mine named Noah. He told me that I have been seen in leadership positions and am accustomed to making decisions.
2nd Interview: My second interview was of my friend Orlando. He told me that he thinks that I am a really good public speaker. He has seen me give multiple speeches, and he believes that I am a good public speaker.
3rd Interview: My third interview was of a friend of mine named Anthony. Anthony said that I seem to have a go getter attitude and believes that I do everything to the fullest.
4th Interview: My fourth interview was of a friend named Tyler. He told me that he thinks I am very skilled in the classroom due to the fact that I was scholar of the year.
5th Interview: My final interview was of a close friend of mine named Kristina and she told me that she thinks that I take advantage of opportunities that are presented to me.
ORIGINAL LIST: Describe 5 ways in which you think you have human capital that is truly unique:
1) My desire to be successful is great
2) I am accustomed to being a leader in and out of the classroom
3) I think that I take failure as a learning lesson
4) I learn from those who have come before me
5) I give absolute respect to those who have come before me
Differences: I did notice some differences between my list and the things I gathered from my interviews. I noticed that I look at myself and think that I need to learn from my mistakes and from those that come before me. However, I seem to not give myself enough credit to the positions that I have and didn't notice how they correlate to my abilities.
I really enjoyed watching these videos of your friends and it seems like they have a lot of nice things to say about you. Being able to make connections with people and for them to notice the positive things about your personality and lifestyle are definitely things that will help your "image" which would in turn help any business or brand you are trying to pursue. Having been in leadership positions is also something that will help you to succeed in any job or company you work for.
